Job Description
SEINGIM Group is in great expansion and its one of the most important Italian multidisciplinary engineering companies. The team is made up of engineers designers architects technicians and project managers and its led by the shared purpose of providing the best engineering services for a better and sustainable world.
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Competency requirements:
- Solid knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions..
- Ability to identify and implement changes and improvements in technical documentation and procedures to meet evolving client requirements.
- Proficiency in computer-based systems including CAD Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred.
Language skills: Russian and English is mandatory. Kazakh is advantage.
Professional experience: Min 7/8 years technical experience.
Other skills:
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Systematic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
Able to challenge client requests with strategic recommendations.
Team player within and across functions.
Sensitive to Clients requirements and Clientfocused.
Sound knowledge of LIRA (or similar software)
