We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Competency requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.. Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
Awareness of Compliance and ISO Audit Processes.
Ability to identify and implement changes and improvements in technical documentation and procedures to meet evolving client requirements.
Proficiency in computer-based systems including database management systems CAD Microsoft Project Primavera Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory. Kazakh is advantage.
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred.
Professional experience: Min 5 years technical experience.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Systematic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills..
Strong personality with the ability to be assertive and persuasive without formal authority.
Team player both within and across functions.
Client-focused and sensitive to client needs.
