JOB TITLE: Clinician
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fulltime 40 hours/week
SCHEDULED HOURS: MondayFriday 8:30am 5pm
PROGRAM/LOCATION: Jail Diversion Manchester CT

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Jail Diversion
Within the Jail Diversion program staff work within the courts and mental health systems to assist adult clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues who are at risk of going to jail. The goal of the program is to divert unnecessary stays in the correctional system while providing clients with an opportunity to become involved in treatment. Successful involvement in the program helps a client to reduce or possibly eliminate charges on their record.
ABOUT THE POSITION: Clinician
Duties & Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters Degree or higher in related field. Experience: Experience working with trauma mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LMSW LPCA LMFTA required. LCSW LMFT LPC Licensed Psychologist preferred. LADC may be substituted for LCSW LMFT LPC or Licensed Psychologist in some programs. Other training may be required based on program. Valid Drivers License for programs where transportation is required

COMPENSATION*:
$54996/annually min and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or signon incentives. (Please note for parttime positions this range would be prorated based on hours worked)
