Position Overview:
Join Socialpoint as a Senior Producer and help drive the success of our Analytics team!
If you love bringing order to chaos ensuring projects run efficiently and keeping teams aligned and motivated this role is for you.
You will be a driving force for the Marketing Analytics team; a hardworking diverse and fun group spread between Barcelona and North America. What Youll do:
- You will partner with both the Marketing Analytics and Data Engineering team leads to build clear actionable project plans that help everyone hit their goals.
- Youll lead several initiatives at once spanning several teams keeping everything on track ensuring predictable .
- Stay ahead of roadblocks by leading planning and reporting. Youll ensure projects are timely and of top quality.
- Run scrums keep teams aligned and make agile actually work in a way thats productive (and not just for the sake of it!.
- Youll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun collaborative way.
- You will own effective communication with our Marketing partners and build trust
- You wont just follow processes youll help refine and evolve them to make things smoother and more efficient.
What You Bring:
- 4 years of project management experience in the tech industry leading software engineering projects.
- Seasoned expert with typical project management related tools such as Jira Confluence etc.
- Selfmotivated autonomous demonstrates initiative flexibility maturity under pressure.
- Collaborative by nature quickly and easily builds relationships ensures open dialog engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
Bonus Points:
- 2 years of experience in mobile game
- 2 years agile development experience
- Analytics experience
