Job Description
As an Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager you will:
- Lead the planning and of network moves adds and changes (MAC) ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining network integrity.
- Collaborate with network engineering IT teams and vendors to coordinate modifications including device installations and relocations.
- Develop and enforce processes for managing network changes ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for MAC activities providing leadership technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff.
- Monitor document and review network changes ensuring accuracy compliance and alignment with strategic IT and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification
