An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily residential construction projects in Calgary AB. This role offers a competitive salary comprehensive benefits and exposure to both the developer and investor sides of real estate and construction.

What You Will Do:
As the Project Manager you will oversee multifamily residential construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a zeroaccident work environment.
- Project : Lead project teams manage schedules and ensure the timely of tasks.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and cost reports.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and suppliers.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Project Closeout: Oversee final phases of the project ensuring all permits occupancy requirements and client signoffs are completed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven Project Management experience with a General Contractor (GC) having successfully completed fullcycle residential projects in Canada specifically multifamily developments. Local project management experience in the Calgary area is required.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management Engineering Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: PMP LEED or PostGraduate studies in Construction or Engineering will be considered favourably.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction project management software (e.g. MS Project Procore Microsoft Office).
