Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is a great mining company in North West which is seeking the expertise of a Plant Engineer to join their team in Rustenberg.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to all applicable legal requirements and cops
- Performance assessment of foremen and artisans
- Disciplinary hearings
- Responsible for implementing safe work standards and procedures
- Ensures adherence to the companys health and safety standards
- Planned maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Cooperation with operational team to ensure plant throughput and production targets are met
- Support the Plant Manager in operational duties including human resource management
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- GCC Mines & Works
- National Diploma or Degree in the Engineering field
- MDP or equivalent
- 10 15 years experience in a plant mining environment
