Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Director for our amazing Riverside School with sites in Needham and Milford! The Riverside School is chapter 766approved and provides studentcentered educational experiences that are clinically intensive and foster a culture of mutual respect and appreciation for learning. Our services support opportunities for leadership within the school home and larger community allowing youth to develop selfesteem and to graduate within a time frame commensurate with their peers. The Riverside School serves students from grades six through twelve and offers a high staff to student ratio in a small group setting with skilled educational and clinical professionals. In this vital role the Director will be responsible for the daytoday management of Riverside Schools at both the Needham and Milford sites including close coordination with Assistant Program Director to ensure effective staff supervision referral and intake management program fiscal oversight clinical and case management services and compliance with all funding requirements and reporting. The Director will oversee the provision of special educational services in the program and work closely with students families and districts across all aspects of programming.The Riverside School is a 12month school.Work hours are MondayFriday 8AM4PM To learn more about the Riverside School please watch this inspirational video!
