Job Description
TGG Accounting has partnered with a real estate group in The Woodlands area that is seeking to add a Property Accountant to its established team.
Position Overview:
- Fullcycle property accounting for commercial real estate properties
- Reconciliation AP/AR financial reporting
- Checking and approving account payable invoices
- Yardi daily account functions
- Perform monthend close process (preparing account reconciliations monthly financial statements for property
portfolios etc) - Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Coordinate with external lenders for yearend audits
Must Haves:
- 510 years of commercial property management accounting experience
- A Degree in Accounting
- Must have experience with Yardi or other industryspecific accounting software
- Strong analytical/organizational skills.
