The 4th floor Inpatient unit is a fastpaced 28bed medical surgical unit that offers rewarding nursing opportunities at a Magnet designated hospital.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
- Help provide highquality patientcentered care in a professional environment that fosters and values collaboration respect and diversity.
- Join a team of remarkable nurses and have the opportunity to care for general care patients with a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses.
- Work in a collaborative environment surrounded by state of the art technology evidencebased practice and a strong interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice changes.
- Collaborate in the development and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- Inpatient Units: Six 6 months nursing experience or current participant in UW Healths Nurse Residency Program with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation on unit/similar unit. Required
- Relevant RN Experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required
- Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
- Relevant Certification Preferred
