- Family Lawyer with minimum 5yrs experience
- $102546 pa plus superannuation plus salary packaging
Ballarat & Grampians Community Legal Service is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to support the Principal Lawyer with the management of the legal team through providing direct supervision and support to lawyers within the scope of their knowledge and ability.
The Senior Lawyer Family Law will manage a case load of clients within their practice areas providing legal advice and representation to clients within the BGCLS catchment areas. The role will encompass activities including community legal education and law reform in addition to community engagement activities.
This is a diverse and exciting position within a forpurpose organisation that provides free legal services information and community legal education in the Ballarat & Grampians region.
Reporting to the Principal Lawyer and managing the family law team key responsibilities include:
- Legal Service Delivery
- Community Development
- Service Development and Reporting
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- People Management

This position is located in Ballarat or Horsham with hybrid arrangements negotiable.
