About the role:
- Working with 4 leading Partners in Corporate Law who often deal with the countrys most complex and high-value transactions within the billions.
- Advise high-profile clients on a range of corporate matters such as corporate governance equity capital markets joint ventures and public & private M&A.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer (at least 4 PQE) with proven experience in corporate law and significant exposure to public M&A.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Top-tier technical analytical and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Have a commercial & practical mindset with a commitment to delivering the most ideal outcomes for clients.
