The Future Pathways program is an innovative approach built on practice elements such as motivational interviewing communication skills building and goal setting to respond to identified needs and achieve real and demonstrable outcomes.
Working collaboratively the teamseek to address key intersectionality issues with families children and young people ( use mental illness low income social isolation) as identified by each regional FPR Response.
