Your mission
Sales Development Representative is a motivated and competitive candidate who focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a solid work ethic enthusiasm to be part of Bella&Bona and the motivation to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and founders will give you the opportunity to develop and continue to develop your career in sales. Self motivated candidate looking to build a solid foundation in tech sales is an ideal fit for this position.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to expand Bella&Bonas client base within North RhineWestphalia.
  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via cold calling visit and email outreach
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key B2B contacts particularly office managers and HR representatives.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build visibility and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular visits to companies in the region to build personal connections and identify potential customers.
  • Represent Bella&Bona in the region showcasing our offerings and benefits in the context of client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and sales enablement materials for the region.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities within the regions B2B ecosystem to boost brand recognition and credibility.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using Hubspot
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled calls completed qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle process from cold outreach to contract sign
Your profile
  • Entrylevel to 1 year of sales or professional experience
  • A professional interest in building a career in sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Selfdisciplined organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Gogetter attitude that displays initiative and persistence all with an innovative mindset
  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills
  • Resilience perseverance and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a highenergy salesteam environment
  • Native in German and fluent in English
  • Confident with Hubspot
