Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated collaborative team player to join our team. This Recruiter will manage the endtoend recruiting process including sourcing recruiting qualifying and presenting potential candidates for inhouse positions available within Zones nationwide.
What youll do as a Recruiter:

- Create and drive candidate pipeline and recruiting strategies in partnership with internal clients
- Manage hiring manager relationships cultivate relationships and provide weekly updates
- Manage fulllifecycle recruiting process including job descriptions sourcing screening assessments interviews offers and onboarding
- Responsible for metrics and analytics and participate in weekly reporting exercises with the team
- Sourcing candidates by means of direct recruitment referral network Internet job boards and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential talent
- Facilitate outstanding hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Stay on top of market trends tools and technologies
- Strive to fill all hires with the right talent on time and on budget
- Work with external agencies to coordinate temporary hiring
- Other tasks as needed
What you bring to the team:
- 4 years recruiting experience with experience working in both an agency and corporate environment is highly preferred
- High volume recruiting of exempt and nonexempt roles with a documented history of success.
- Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels
- Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
- General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
- Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions
- Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager/hiring teams needs
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
- Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in a comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $70000 $85000
