Were seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This fulltime position is available at multiple locations including Mumbai Nashik Nagpur Pune Kolhapur Aurangabad and Amravati. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be skilled at generating leads communicating effectively negotiating deals and executing marketing strategies within the BFSI FMCG and Pharma sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience in any relevant domain will work
- Proficient in lead generation techniques with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to finalize deals and maintain profitable relationships
- A solid understanding of marketing strategies and ability to execute them effectively
- Experience within the BFSI sector to understand industryspecific requirements and trends
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned regions to drive revenue growth
- Generate leads through various channels including online research networking events industry contacts and field sales.
- Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients
- Track and report on sales metrics providing regular updates to management
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
