Job Description
Description of the Role:
Mazda of Columbia is looking for a highly motivated and customeroriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our valued clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are met and their overall experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers both inperson and over the phone to understand their service requirements
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service and repair work
- Schedule appointments and manage service bookings
- Explain service recommendations to customers and address any concerns or questions
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive industry and basic technical understanding
- Proficient computer skills
