We are currently seeking a proactive Human Resource Generalist with a focus on Recruiting and Training. As you would be a member of an ESOP company we look for impactful people with a high level of ownership and we equip them with the right training to help them achieve their greatest potential. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Characteristics:

  • Proven skills in managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations training and development and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
  • Enthusiasm for networking and sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • A continuously improving mindset to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees and management to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Selfdirected with project management skills to support multiple HR initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • An eagerness to learn and continuously improve HR processes and practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in recruiting preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Must be an independent selfstarter with creativity and latitude in problemsolving.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
