The Role:We are seeking experienced and dynamic US Shift Managers to cater to our clients across EST and PST time zones. Youll oversee our BPO operations during US shifts including management of logistics inbound sales field team coordination and highquality service delivery akin to managing a synchronized efficient fleet of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily BPO operations during US shifts coordinating logistics inbound sales and field team management to ensure a smooth reliable and punctual healthcare delivery service.
Motivate coach and lead your team to consistently meet performance goals while maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement setting the bar high in industry standards.
Work closely with clients understanding their needs and aligning our operations to exceed these expectations.
Handle escalations adeptly demonstrating problemsolving skills and decisive leadership.Regularly analyze performance metrics converting insights into actionable strategies to continually enhance BPO performance.Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO ideally in logisticsoriented operations US shift operations and the healthcare industry.
A proven track record in managing complex logistics resource allocation and team coordination.Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams.Strong strategic planning and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using BPO technologies and systems.
