AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the business development team to drive strategic growth and expand our marketplace presence while overseeing all business development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a pan India team of Business Development Managers
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Own and Delivery Annual Operating Plan & target.
- Drive the team to achieve the goals and targets.
- Ensure the team meets onboarding revenue generation and receivables targets as well as the turnaround time for these objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities opportunities and performance metrics to the board.
- Travel to various locations with the team for business development.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in leadership roles with at least 2 years of experience in managing a panIndia team.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies emphasizing datadriven decisionmaking.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with experience in engaging with seniorlevel stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in sales and negotiation skills
