The role
As a MEAM Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering assetbased solutions as part of the wider Changing Futures MEAM (Making Every Adult Matter) partnership team supporting individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages across the borough of Rochdale.
Our aim is to empower service users actively engaging them with the community and helping them to support each other to develop resilience to live independently and to be an asset to the community.
The MEAM Approach
The MEAM Approach helps local areas design and deliver better coordinated services for people experiencing multiple disadvantages whilst considering seven principles which are adapted to local needs and circumstances.
It aims to create long term sustainable change to the way that complex problems and systems are approached and understood and supports local areas to achieve system change by working collaboratively to address barriers for people experiencing multiple disadvantages.

Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. We are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services in Rochdale and Oldham.
