Were seeking talented individuals with experience in hosting on social digital or television platforms to join our dynamic team as fulltime Program Hosts. Our goal is to find dynamic hosts who can enhance the product experience and connect with audiences in an authentic and engaging manner emphasizing flexibility in storytelling and proven success in audience engagement across multimedia platforms. What We Are Looking For
Masterful Storytellers:
The ability to weave compelling narratives around lifestyle products is crucial. This involves using both long and shortform content to engage your audience effectively.
Your storytelling should be vibrant and confident effectively showcasing product features and benefits.
Multimedia Proficiency:
Candidates need to be comfortable engaging audiences across television live streaming and digital platforms. This means you should be versatile in adapting your style to different media formats and platforms such as social media.
Building Trust and Influence:
Establishing authenticity and sincerity with viewers quickly is necessary. Your engagement should foster trust and build relationships with audiences across diverse platforms.
Proven success in developing and maintaining a loyal following or audience whether on digital social or broadcast platforms.
Demonstrate the capacity to communicate effectively and persuasively guiding audience opinions and actions while remaining authentic and transparent.
Adaptability and Quick Thinking:
Ability to think on your feet and keep the audience engaged through improvisation and spontaneous interaction.
A natural curiosity and motivation to learn new things and innovate in presenting products.
Relatability and Inspiration:
Bring your wealth of lived experiences to the role exuding a relatable persona that inspires and connects with a wide audience.
A genuine enthusiasm and zest for life engaging authentically with viewers.
Requirements
Location and Flexibility:
The position is based in West Chester PA and requires a willingness to relocate if necessary.
Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends is essential.
