As the Business Improvement Administrator you will support the Metrics and Analytics Supervisor in tracking analyzing and reporting metrics to drive performance at Ledcors Finance and HR Service Centre. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset as it will consolidate and interpret data metrics to improve processes.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Efficiently gather analyze and calculate data to use metrics to measure service performance
- Ensure Metrics dashboards are maintained at a high level of accuracy and quality verifying that all systems are functioning correctly
- Efficiently track and report metrics ensuring timely delivery
- Support the development and of improvement plans aimed at enhancing service performance
- Collaborate closely with project teams and provide support on special continuous improvement metrics projects as needed
- Support functional managers with identifying gaps in reporting visibility and create metricsbased solutions to address these issues
- Advise on technical challenges new reporting structures and best practices for data management and reporting systems
- Problemsolve technical challenges across a variety of databases and reporting methods
- Work with Functional managers to analyze both new and existing data to create metrics
Qualifications:
- 12 years experience in data analytics for business technologies preferred
- Recent graduates with completion of relevant postsecondary education will be considered
- Experience Employee Services/HR Accounts Payable Payroll Accounts Receivable processes preferred
- HRIS process and data reporting/analysis experience
- JD Edwards experience would be an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Power BI; Advanced proficiency in Excel Power Point Word and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply software and process knowledge; understand business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment able to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal organizational verbal and written communication skills
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid role working from home and attending the office minimum once per week or as business needs require
