Your new role:

In this busy role youll provide timely and professional administrative support to five key leaders in the Insurance Business and will have the following accountabilities:

  • Manage meeting agendas minutes action lists and scheduling for management meetings
  • Respond to queries and requests for information on behalf of the management team
  • Handle calendar and email management coordinating tasks appointments and meetings
  • Prepare presentations correspondence reports and other documents based on instructions
  • Provide administrative support coordinate events and assist with adhoc tasks to ensure smooth operations

About you:

  • Youre an experienced Team Assistant who has ideally worked in a professional services business.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities
  • Youre a polished communicator and you build stakeholder confidence quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel)
  • A high level of discretion integrity and adaptability
  • Positive energy initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
