Job Overview
The Executive Sales Representative is a fulltime juniorlevel position located in multiple cities including Mohali Ambala Jaipur Haridwar Noida Gurgaon and Meerut. Candidates are expected to have 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales within the real estate sector. The role involves fostering relationships achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue generation through effective negotiation and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales particularly within the real estate domain demonstrating successful sale transactions.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written to effectively articulate the benefits of real estate opportunities to clients.
- Proficiency in real estate sales techniques and strategies to identify and engage potential buyers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.
- Capability to achieve revenue targets demonstrating an understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Flexible and adaptable personality capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic real estate market environment.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and regulations to guide clients accurately through the property buying process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through strategic outreach and advocacy to promote company real estate listings effectively.
- Manage a portfolio of properties ensuring client inquiries are promptly converted into transactions.
- Utilize indepth knowledge of the real estate market to present and negotiate offers with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate with builders and developers to understand the features and benefits of different developments.
- Prepare and complete necessary documentation and agreements in alignment with regulatory and company requirements.
- Continuously update client interactions and transaction details on CRM software to maintain accurate sales records.
- Provide clients with guidance and options to meet their real estate investment goals and objectives.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings market reviews and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
