One of our top clients is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing strategy and shape the future of telecommunications in Africa!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue customer engagement and brand growth.
- Lead brand management and customer experience initiatives across all platforms and channels.
- Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals and customer insights.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget ensuring high ROI on all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Sales Product Customer Service) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital transformation within the telecom sector.
- Lead a highperforming marketing team providing guidance and mentorship for career growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in senior marketing roles with proven leadership experience in the telecommunications tech or digital sectors.
- Skills: Strong expertise in brand strategy digital marketing data analytics and customer acquisition and retention.
- Leadership: Experience managing large teams and multimilliondollar budgets with a focus on results.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the African telecom market consumer behavior and emerging trends.
