Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a resultsdriven Chief Operating Officer (COO – Projects) to lead project execution and operations across our capital equipment and project business. The role involves overseeing endtoend delivery managing crossfunctional teams handling vendor and customer relationships resolving escalations and ensuring efficient daytoday execution. The ideal candidate must be mentally strong highly dependable and capable of handling complex situations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning execution and delivery of capital equipment and turnkey projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time within scope budget and quality standards
- Oversee crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and execution
- Handle escalations client concerns and operational challenges independently
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and partners for quality and timely outcomes
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand reputation through reliable delivery
- Track project KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in project execution and operations in capital equipment EPC or industrial sectors—preferably with exposure to Paint Shops and Powder Coating Plants
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently under highpressure scenarios
- Proven experience managing customers suppliers and crossfunctional teams
- Excellent communication decisionmaking and conflictresolution abilities
- High mental resilience with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations
- Background in engineering or a relevant technical domain preferred
- Executionoriented mindset with sharp business and operational judgment
- Preferably between the ages of 48 and 55
