Do you enjoy enabling teams to build a bestinclass product Are you excited about shaping the processes that help product teams deliver impactful solutions to customers Join us as a (Senior) Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Munich and play a key role in empowering our product teams at EGYM Wellpass while collaborating closely with the Product Operations team of EGYM Gymtech.
- DataInformed Decisions: You help to connect the dots between product data and strategic outcomes ensuring the availability and visibility of reliable and actionable data
- Tool Ownership: You manage tools for product discovery roadmap planning and product analytics to enable smooth across teams
- Strategic Planning: You enable strategic product planning by supporting the creation and measurement of outcomedriven goals and organizing roadmap planning cycles
- Operational Excellence: You streamline and continuously improve processes across the EGYM product organization where they add value and evangelize best practices
- Communication: You synchronize release processes support communication of the product roadmaps and ensure streamlined collaboration within the Product Management team and with stakeholders from other departments
- Feedback Optimization: You design efficient processes to collect analyze and share customer and stakeholder insights empowering teams with valuable data
Your fitness level
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in product operations product management
- Strategic Thinking: You have experience in planning and evaluating strategic goals (e.g. OKRs outcomedriven goals)
- CollaborationSkills: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills to align crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Proactivity: You bring a solutionoriented mindset to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with tools and methodologies for product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel) user research (e.g. Condens) customer feedback and roadmap planning (e.g. Productboard) is a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Organizational Insights: You develop a deep understanding of product organization of EGYM Wellpass and Gymtech and the respective objectives
- Success Metrics: You establish a framework to define and track success metrics for Wellpass Product
- Insight Structuring: You collaborate with User Research to organize and leverage customer insights and feedback effectively
- Analytics Integration: You foster datainformed decisions by supporting the adoption of product usage analytics
- Process Improvement: You enhance crossteam collaboration by optimizing workflows between Wellpass and Gymtech
