Position Title: Frontline Sales Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: NonExempt
Purpose
Guide direct mentor and lead the FrontLine Sales Team in daily resort sales operations. Assist Sales Associates with finalizing the sales process and enforce all department and company policies and procedures with the team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
General Statement Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures business code of ethics FLSA regulations and all applicable laws as well as ensuring confidentiality reliability quality and productivity.
