Position Title: Frontline Sales Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: NonExempt
Purpose
Guide direct mentor and lead the FrontLine Sales Team in daily resort sales operations. Assist Sales Associates with finalizing the sales process and enforce all department and company policies and procedures with the team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Trains and mentors the Sales Team
- Maintains sales performance and finalization of sales
- Creates excitement with Sales Team and clients
- Manages and ensures that Sales Representatives deliver sales presentations to guests according to company policy and procedures
- Maintains and ensures that each guest receives outstanding service from the assigned Sales Representative who will provide a guestfriendly environment including greeting and acknowledging the guest maintaining exceptional standards and showcasing dependable product knowledge
- Manages and maintains up to date awareness of company activities industry trends and government regulations while protecting the company
- All other duties as assigned
General Statement Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures business code of ethics FLSA regulations and all applicable laws as well as ensuring confidentiality reliability quality and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two 2 years of experience as a FrontLine Sales Associate
- Maintain a minimum VPG and number of sales closed as measured by weekly sales reports
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Presentation skills
- Customer/Client Focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess high morals and integrity
- Flexible schedule ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel for roadshows
Shift: Additional hours may be necessary to meet business needs
- Regular Hours OnCall and Weekend
Travel: Some travel for roadshows
