Monday to Friday: 09:00 21:30 (rotational shifts)
Saturday: 09:00 20:00
Sunday: 10:00 19:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days/week

Deliver friendly efficient and professional support to French-speaking customers via phone email or chat.
Troubleshoot product or service issues resolve problems with clarity and patience.
Keep accurate case records and communicate effectively with other departments.
Ensure an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
Be flexible with shifts and proactive in learning and improvement.
French (C1) and good command of English (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
Customer-oriented attitude and professional mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Word Excel Email platforms)
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required
Base Salary: 880/month (x14 months)
Performance Bonus: 170/month (x12 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
Transport Allowance: 20/month
Health Insurance: Active from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Braga Remote Bonus: 20/year
