Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customerfocused mindset and a passion for sales. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls emails and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.
