Location: Amsterdam Lelystad Airport Fulltime 3640 hours per week) Permanent Contract
About the Role: As a Composite Specialist you will independently build and repair precise laminate packages and sandwich constructions. Working with advanced techniques such as prepregs wet layup and vacuum injection with epoxy resins you will contribute to the repair of composite and lightmetal components used in business jets helicopters commercial and military aircraft. Components include radomes flight controls nacelles and rotor blades.

Requirements:
- MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Aviation Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in composite repairs preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in composite materials and techniques with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work primarily onsite at the repair facilities.
- Strong command of Dutch or English (oral and written).
- A team player with discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possession of a valid EU or Dutch passport and a drivers license (B).

Over de Functie: Als Composiet Specialist bouw en repareer je zelfstandig nauwkeurige laminaatpakketten en sandwichconstructies. Vereisten:
- MBO Niveau 3/4 diploma in Luchtvaarttechniek of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in composietreparaties bij voorkeur binnen de luchtvaartindustrie.
- Bekwaamheid in composietmaterialen en technieken met oog voor detail.
- Bereidheid om voornamelijk op locatie te werken in de werkplaatsen.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
- Een echte teamspeler met discipline en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- In het bezit van een geldig EU of Nederlands paspoort en rijbewijs (B).
