Job Description:
We are looking for an Online Training Simulator (OTS) Specialist Connected Worker Tools to develop and implement digital training solutions for frontline workers in the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on designing immersive interactive training simulations to enhance worker proficiency with ITdriven connected tools digital work instructions and IoTenabled manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT training simulation development and smart manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the implementation and maintenance of OTS solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the effective use of OTS technology
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in the field of OTS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
- Strong knowledge of Simulation software platforms and tools (UniSim Hysys)
- English fluent
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of process control systems and industrial automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
