Overview
As a digital marketing intern you will play a key role in developing and executing the content marketing and social media strategies for our organization. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories through the seamless editing of video materials and curating relevant content on all our channels. This position is critical in enhancing our online presence driving engagement and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and of digital marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce highquality videos for YouTube channels.
- Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for websites and blogs.
- Monitor and report on website analytics and performance metrics.
- Support email marketing campaigns including list management and content creation.
- Produce relevant and strategic marketing materials.
- Engage with the audience through comments messages and social media outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
- Help manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads/Facebook Ads).
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Gather feedback from consumers and analyze customer data.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and spreadsheets.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving digital strategies.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Prior experience in marketing/ content creation is advantageous.
- Willingness to take initiative and be proactive in tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Interest in the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
