You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNielsenIQ is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage develop and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline for the ecommerce team in Western Europe. The main tasks include:
Qualifying inbound inquiries to check if they are ready for sales.
Outbound prospecting via email social media and phone to schedule initial meetings.
Supporting inperson and virtual events with outreach before and after the events.
This role is the first contact for prospects interested in NielsenIQ ecommerce solutions and sets the tone for the sales cycle. Key qualities for success include professionalism enthusiasm and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who works well independently and builds strong relationships with team members and sales stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously learn and become an expert on NielsenIQ solutions and the industry.
Pitch products and solutions to key decision makers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how NielsenIQ can help.
Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries quickly to assess if they are ready for sales.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to schedule meetings with decision makers and generate salesready leads.
Support marketing events by promoting them beforehand and following up afterward to engage and qualify prospects.
Develop and execute daily weekly and monthly plans to maximize prospecting efficiency including account and contactlevel research precall planning and personalized messaging.
Meet and exceed key performance metrics for calls emails social touches scheduled appointments and conversion to sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead and prospecting activities.
Build relationships with sales team members to nurture leads and ensure lead quality drives conversion to pipeline and revenue.
