Job Description

The Role
As Head of MFL you will:
- Oversee the strategic development of the MFL department ensuring engaging and accessible lessons for all learners.
- Teach French Spanish or German at KS3 GCSE and potentially ALevel.
- Implement strategies to improve engagement and attainment ensuring students achieve their full potential.
- Lead languagefocused extracurricular activities including international trips cultural events and language clubs.
- Support a team of enthusiastic teachers ensuring highquality instruction across all year groups.
