Job Description
About the Role
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing scalable and resilient technology solutions that support our Industry Platform Technology. You will work closely with engineering product and business teams to develop an architectural framework that ensures bestinclass customer experiences while driving efficiency security and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technology strategy for digital commerce aligning with business objectives and future growth plans.
- Architect and oversee the scalability of IT infrastructure ensuring it supports rapid business expansion and increasing transaction volumes.
- Design and implement composable architecture strategies leveraging modular and APIfirst approaches to maximize flexibility and innovation.
- Develop a cloudnative highavailability eCommerce ecosystem that ensures optimal performance and uptime.
- Establish best practices for microservices API management and eventdriven architectures to enable seamless integrations and system interoperability.
- Evaluate and recommend modern eCommerce frameworks including MACH (Microservices APIfirst Cloudnative and Headless) architectures.
- Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce ERP CRM and marketing automation platforms optimizing operational efficiency.
- Implement security best practices for data protection identity management and fraud prevention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital commerce continuously refining the architecture roadmap.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in software architecture and solution design preferably in eCommerce and digital commerce platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS Azure or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Handson experience with headless commerce solutions (e.g. commerce tools Shopify Plus Magento Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture API gateways GraphQL RESTful APIs and eventdriven architecture.
- Proven experience in scaling IT infrastructure to support highvolume hightransaction digital commerce environments.
- Strong background in DevOps CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of data architecture analytics and AIdriven personalization.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture framework experience is a must.
- Experience with security best practices including OAuth JWT and identity management frameworks.
