Job Description
Job Title: Solution Architect Oracle DB Migration to Azure Exadata
Job Location: Dallas - Texas - USA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Architect and design scalable Oracle DB migration solutions to Azure Exadata.
- Lead technical strategy for migrating large-scale Oracle databases from various environments.
- Perform sizing capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery using RAC Data Guard etc.
- Advise on Oracle licensing and cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Migration Engineers to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle DB (11gR2 12c 19c) on Exadata.
- Deep expertise in RAC DG ASM multitenancy and performance tuning.
- Experience with Exadata X-9/X-11 hardware and cloud platforms (Azure OCI).
- Strong understanding of Oracle licensing policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
