Salary: 24820.57 EUR/year (Base salary: 16363.49 EUR Language bonus: 1550.20 EUR Complement: 6956.88 EUR Nightshift bonus
Contract: Fulltime 38.5h/week) Fixed shifts 2 days off/week

Your Role:
As a Content Moderator you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure digital space by reviewing and managing usergenerated content.
Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and take action against harmful or inappropriate material.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies.
Uphold platform standards to foster a respectful online environment.
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in German (C2 level) & advanced English.
Passionate about social media and online communities.
Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
Previous content moderation customer service or contact center experience is a plus.
Mandatory: High school diploma (ESO) or higher education.
