Paid Ads Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist / PayPerClick (PPC) to effectively manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads 80 with supplementary campaigns on Facebook Ads 20. The role demands strong analytical capabilities datadriven decisionmaking and proficiency in PPC management tools. The specialist will manage campaign performance budget allocation and strategic optimization efforts independently with no clientfacing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct regular analysis reporting and performance reviews to ensure optimal campaign results.
- Manage campaign budgets adjusting bids and budget allocations to achieve desired ROI.
- Utilize Google Ad Editor and other relevant PPC tools effectively.
- Identify and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Regularly communicate insights and performance metrics internally to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 25 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with extensive experience in Google Ads.
- Proven proficiency in Google Ad Editor and other PPC optimization tools.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Consistent achievement and exceeding of campaign performance targets.
- Effective management and optimization of allocated campaign budgets.
- Timely and accurate campaign performance reporting.
- Independent and proactive identification of optimization opportunities.
Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
Work hours: 9 AM – 6 PM PST
