Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: South Africa Remote
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: $2000 $2500 USD per month (Depending on experience)
Work Hours: Start anytime between 7:00 AM 9:00 AM Central European Time 8hour workday)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Degree Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle with 80 of the focus on recruitment operations and 20 on client engagement and business development. Candidates must have direct experience in industries such as energy engineering construction mining power stations pharmaceuticals or biotechnology. This requirement is nonnegotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct proactive outreach to clients for relationship management and new business opportunities.
Provide market insights salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations to clients.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
34 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Must have proven experience in industries such as energy engineering construction mining power stations pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
Handson experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
Strong understanding of fullcycle recruitment and client management.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong market research and talent mapping abilities.
