Job Description

Nidecker is looking for a NetSuite Support Specialist for our B2B Operations.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about problem solving. He/she should also be able to understand operational flows and identify blockages within NetSuite. Finally he/she will need to work closely with the NetSuite team to develop the tool in line with business needs.

We currently use NetSuite as our main ERP integrated with the Elastic Suite platform to manage our B2B sales channel. This integration is based on advanced Saved Searches and our teams use NetSuite to track order flow invoicing and sales management.

Tasks

  • Analyze and resolve anomalies linked to B2B orders (Sales Orders) automatically integrated into NetSuite.
  • Monitor the entire order lifecycle: creation validation and invoicing.
  • Handle and optimize Saved Searches in particular for export and automated data transfer to other systems.
  • Quickly identify sources of blockage (data errors mapping permissions dependencies).
  • Make simple functional adjustments to NetSuite (custom forms fields workflows).
  • Work closely with the NetSuite team (internal or external) to define development or advanced customization requirements. Participate in testing and monitoring developments.

Requirements

  • First experience with NetSuite (administration functional support or key user).
  • Excellent command of Saved Searches including complex data export requirements.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Power Automate FileZilla or other file transfer and automation tools.
  • Solid command of Excel to manipulate crossreference and ensure the reliability of exported data.
  • Good understanding of standard objects: Sales Orders Items Customers Transactions.
  • Rigor organization proactivity and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling smooth interaction with business and technical teams.
  • Professional English required. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Passion for snowboarding and knowledge of the outdoor sports industry is preferred.
