We are seeking an individual to serve as the Service BDC Coordinator to oversee Service BDC department employees.The job duties and functions include training overseeing Service BDC Agents on inbound and outbound call quality and performance and daily communication with Service BDC Coordinator to maintain department standards.

Requirements:

  • Works well in a team environment
  • Happy and Positive Attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and handle work flow
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Associates degree
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Reliable source of transportation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train new employees as needed on processes procedures and goals of the department
  • Assist with coordinating serviceBDC agents on performance and duties
  • Produce daily weekly and monthly reports
  • Continued learning of new systems and products

Skill/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Time management skills required dependability
  • Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
  • A background in Automotive Service department
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
