Job Description
The Sales Advisor is a positive high-energy customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs recommending products and/or services performing entry-level vehicle services and look ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services
What youll do:
- Build customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives
- Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
- Store operations opening/closing inventory displays- as-needed basis
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
Qualifications
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends evenings
- Valid drivers license
