We have multiple Secondment 12 Month & 6 Month) opportunities available for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Analysts to join our KYC team.
Youll be performing and completing Customer Due Diligence Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews and support functions as needed for KYC. Youll ensure individual objectives are met in terms of both productivity and quality ensuring the deliverable of the Book of Work (BOW) and Support functions for CDD processes end to end.
Our team provides assurance that ING is in line with the Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and all required information is reviewed and kept up to date by the Bank. We also ensure our obligation to complete the required reviews are met on time and reports available for all relevant Stakeholders Group and local regulators. Youll work alongside onshore and offshore teams in accordance with our internal policies. whilst focusing on uplifting the wider operations to better identify risks.
What youll do
- Contribute to the Book of Work (BOW) with reviews completed based on the volumes and documented KPIs and within SLA.
- Perform high quality end to end CDD/ECCD reviews for ING ensuring adherence to Local Global and Regulatory obligations.
- Assist in ongoing remediation tasks identified through customer data reporting and other methods.
- Identifying risk exposure through incomplete reviews where Bank obligations have not been met.
- Ongoing CDD Support functions aligned and delivered as part of the endtoend review process.
What were looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within KYC Operations Financial Crime/AML will be essential. KYC CDD and EDD knowledge and experience will be highly regarded.
- A strong awareness and understanding of risk mitigation.
- Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
