Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Data Analyst & Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
- Validate and ensure consistency of data across departments
- Investigate data inconsistencies and provide actionable insights to address them
- Design and implement ETL pipelines to support real-time and batch reporting
- Integrate data across various platforms including Microsoft 365 HR systems CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Optimize data models for analytical performance and automate data validation processes
- Establish and enforce data management best practices and governance standards
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Support audit and compliance processes by providing clean accurate datasets and documentation
- Assist in supporting NetSuite ERP operations and liaise with external vendors for issue resolution
- Create and maintain SuiteQL queries to support ERP data reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely ERP data for decision-making
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis engineering or business intelligence roles
- Hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX Power Query (M) and data modeling
- Proficient in SQL (T-SQL or SuiteQL) with knowledge of ERP data structures (especially finance modules)
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics and Oracle financial reporting tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles preferred
- Proficient in Power BI dashboarding and model performance optimization
- Strong SQL capabilities for ERP and financial data analysis
- Experience in Python or R for data preprocessing and automation
- Comfortable with APIs (REST/SOAP) JSON/XML and SaaS integrations
- Familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated resourceful and results-driven
- Able to work collaboratively across functions (Finance IT Manufacturing etc.)
- Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and quality
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000
- Working Location: Clementi
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work 8.30am -5.30pm
