Job Description
Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
- Ensure that the platforms content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
- Review sensitive advertisement content
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
- Act according to social media policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in Italian (C2 with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Fluent in English (B2
- Previous experience in content moderation will be considered as an advantage
- Natural fast learner developing skills within a short period of time
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to distinguish selfbeliefs from moderated content and policies
- Empathic
- Motivated and with a positive attitude
- Maintain high attention to detail
