Job Description
Operations Analyst
Location: Surat
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities
Project Management:
Track and manage the progress of operational activities and plant setup against project timelines and budgets.
Facilitate coordination between internal teams (engineering procurement finance) and external vendors.
Plant Setup and Operational
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to oversee physical setup of the EMS plant including site selection infrastructure development and equipment installation.
Coordinate procurement logistics and vendor management for machinery
Process Design and Implementation
Assist in designing and implementing operational processes for manufacturing quality control supply chain and logistics.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows and recommend improvements.
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience:
Experience in program management/Ops management role Relevant roles: Consultant Associate Operations Manager etc.
Experience in EMS is mandatory.
Skills Abilities & Knowhow
Generalist Profile
Ability to drive varied modules & rampup quickly
Strong track record of performance across different projects/executing multiple project modules
Project Management:
Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies
Exceptional communication people skills
Operations Experience/Knowhow
Prior experience in setting up or managing manufacturing plants especially in the EMS or related sectors.
Knowledge of manufacturing workflows production planning and quality management.
