Job Summary (Project Manager)
- Plan manage and coordinate multiple large-scale technical projects to ensure timely and successful completion within budget.
- Develop project scopes define action items assign responsibilities create project timelines and track progress.
- Monitor and oversee project implementation manage delivery teams and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
- Serve as primary liaison between project sponsors stakeholders internal teams and vendors to facilitate project objectives and resolve issues.
- Work closely with technical business financial and quality teams to establish metrics and evaluate project performance.
- Ensure timely clear communication with user departments and all project participants.
- Oversee risk management processes and drive workflow and process improvements.
- Support end-user education and training initiatives; help develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IT network infrastructure data center and application decommissioning projects.
- Operate with a high degree of independence interpreting project needs and making informed decisions.
- Prepare and present project status reports performance data and compliance documentation as needed.
- Utilize strong analytical problem-solving writing and presentation skills to support project success.
- Maintain compliance with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations.
