Job Description
The Project Manager role involves overseeing various projects related to domestic and cross border cash payments with a specific focus on enhancing payment transparency through the adoption of ISO standards particularly ISO 20022. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to manage change initiatives and compliance efficiently
ISO Integration: Implement and promote the adoption of ISO 20022 standards within payment systems ensuring compliance with global messaging formats.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust communication with internal teams clients regulatory bodies and operational stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Change Management: Oversee significant changes to processes systems and regulatory adherence in payment operations ensuring effective adoption of new practices.
Reporting and Governance: Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding project progress risks and key performance indicators
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met
